ODF 1.2 part 1 needs to be adapted to the most recent OASIS specification template:

1. The normative and non-normative references have to be moved from the appendix into chapter 1
2. The conformance clauses should get a chapter of its own.
3. The "Notation" section has to be renamed into "Terminology".

ODF 1.2 part 3 draft 11 has been adapted already and may be used for reference.
