Please have a look at the text of chapter "13.1 General":
The text of the last button item is more or less the same as the text of 
the second paragraph after the bullet list - only one word differs.

Forms can be data-aware. A form is data-aware if the values subject to 
its controls are populated from and updated to a database.

vs.
<text of second paragraph after bullet list>
Forms can be data-aware. A form is data-aware if the values subject to 
its controls are obtained from and updated to a database.
</text of second paragraph after bullet list>

I suggest to delete one of them.
