Public Review for ODF 1.2 Part 3 CD 1

Hi Mary,

the OpenDocument TC by an electronic ballot has approved
OpenDocument v1.2 part 1 as a Committee Draft 4 and has further voted
for submitting the committee draft for public review. The ballot details

The TC recommends that the following external stakeholders be notified:

- OASIS ODF Interoperability and Conformance TC,
- OASIS ODF Adoption TC,
- JTC1/SC34,

The specification files contain links to the schema files. My assumption
here is that all files are located in the folder

and that the schema files are unzipped. The HTML files may be unzipped
as well.
