In the TTEST description we say:
If mode is set to the one-tailed test  TTEST = 1- P(0<=...) = 1 - integral...

This is incorrect and should be
If mode is set to the one-tailed test  TTEST = 1/2 - P(0<=....) = 1/2 - integral...
