This is valuable feedback, Dennis. Remember, we're all new to JIRA. None
of us have used it to track a public review before. It is especially
tricky with multiple parts on different schedules. We're currently
trying one system, using the 'ODF 1.2 Part 3 CD 1' version attribute. But
there may be better ways. It is good, in that sense, that we're
experimenting with the shorted of the 3 parts now, rather than jumping in
with Part 1.
Personally I use the full text search when I'm looking for duplicates,
especially searching for markup identifiers or clause names.
