Public Review ODF 1.2 Part 1

Dear TC members,

you may have noticed that I have uploaded revised ODF 1.2 Part 1 CD 04 
documents. These correct the following editorial issues, that had to be 
resolved before the public review can start:

> 1. Must declare one of the 3 file formats as authoritative
> 
> 2. Previous Version: html link should be: http://docs.oasis-open.org/office/v1.1/OS/OpenDocument-v1.1-html/OpenDocument-v1.1.html
> 
> 3. Notices: Remove extraneous text from copyright line
> 
> 4. References: all references to OASIS work must follow the prescribed citation format
> 
> 5. Conformance must be a separate section (currently combined with Document Processing)
