Bulk changes

Greetings!

Something to clarify on the change tracking issue.

In ODF 1.2, we omit all the examples and schema fragments that appeared 
in ODF 1.1.

Would it be sufficient to simply note that change in bulk?

That is to say that all examples and schema fragments that appeared in 
ODF 1.1 do not appear in ODF 1.2.

As opposed to having to repeat that for every instance of an example or 
schema fragment.
