Comment on draft errata

Greetings!

I was puzzled at first by the headers:

Section   Section Refinement

Until I realized that the first column was the section number and the 
second column was a sub-heading appearing in that section.

Perhaps:

Section Number and Sub Heading

would be clearer?

Or simply

Section and Sub Heading

It being the phrase "Section Refinement" that seems to throw me off.
