Caution on 15.22.8, 15.22.9, 15.22.10

Greetings!

Not an error but be aware that if someone questions the relationship 
between the changes in these three sections and the linked errata 
report, realize it was the global change in wording suggested as items 1 
and 2 that resulted in these changes.

It took me a minute to remember that was the reason for this linkage and 
so thought it might be helpful to note.
