RE: [office] ODF 1.2 part 1 CD04, 18.3.25 points a bit confusing

You need to join the "office-editors" subcommittee.  Mary uses the 
membership of that subcommittee to assign rights to JIRA.  Follow the 
instructions here to get onto the SC roster:

Then send Mary a note, since she needs to then sync the ACLs.

Ditto for the other new members of the TC, Cherie and Hideki.  If you want 
write access to JIRA (the TC's issue tracking system) then you need to 
first join the editors subcommittee.
