I recommend that we continue the practice of avoiding meetings during
national celebrations and holidays of members.
I don't believe there is anything pressing that requires a meeting on
February 15.
If the OpenFormula TC is ready to request approval of a draft for Part 2,
CD01, that would happen following February 15 in any case. I suppose thta
approval of CD01 could be initiated by a motion on the list prior to the
February 22 meeting, if appropriate.
