For ODF Next, perhaps it could be interesting to check attributes that can have value "enabled" or "disabled" (like 20.67 dr3d:backface-culling) and replace them with "true" / "false" (boolean datatype).

(drawback: it is easier to extend the list "enabled" / "disabled" with a third/fourth... option, in case a third/fourth... option would be desired)
