We already approved and published ODF 1.0 Errata 01.  So whatever we do 
now needs a new name and URL, even though it may include the text of the 
previous material.

I thought Mary McRae told use we needed to continue the CD progression 
from the previously-approved Errata, so I guess it would just be to 
approve it as ODF 1.0 Errata CD04? 

Just wondering.
