ODF 1.0 Errata Review Request

Hi Mary,

the OpenDocument TC as its meeting on February, the 22nd has approved a 
new ODF 1.0 Errata as Committee Draft, has approved a confirmation that 
the changes made are non-substantive, and has approved a request to 
submit the errata for a 15-day public review.
