- 12 of 19 voting members (63%) were in attendance, so quorum requirements 
were met.

- Membership notes: Doug Schepers has missed two consecutive meetings and 
loses voting status.  This will be regained upon attendance at two 
consecutive meetings.

* Posted agenda was approved by unanimous consent

* Minutes of the February 22nd were amended to include Jomar Silva in 
attendance, and as amended approved by unanimous consent.

* Discussion: ODF 1.2

- Part 1: Currently under public reivew
- Part 2: The ballot to approve CD 01 had been approved. 
- Part 3: Public review has ended.   Brief discussion of XAdES digsig 
extensions.  Should track remaining work in JIRA

* Discussion: ODF 1.0/1.1 maintenance

- ODF 1.0 Errata CD03 public review through 15 March.
