It looks like this is already in Part1-6.1.2 & and part2-5.20.24.

Note that not all implementations currently trim all 4 of these space characters.  Excel only trims a SPACE(0x0020).  So it is fine if part one describes what a space is, but we shouldn't lose the language in part 2(5.20.24) that indicates that it is one or more of the 4 characters identified.
