Proposing to rename TDIST to LEGACY.TDIST, see also https://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/office-formula/email/archives/201004/msg00030.html and thread.
Additionally move TDIST from 8.3.3 Conforming OpenDocument Medium Group Evaluator to LEGACY.TDIST 8.3.4 Conforming OpenDocument Large Group Evaluator, as all other LEGACY.* functions.

We may come up with a proper TDIST function later.
