Also, we are not including XHTML Modularization in our normative references.
So I think this is still unresolved.
Maybe Steven Pemberton can look at this one? The W3C is creating an RDFa 1.1. So long as we are not diverging from their intent, I think we are OK. But we should get them to review our conventions now.
