Advance notice: Next face-to-face meeting of ISO/IEC SC34 and SC34/WG6

The next meeting of SC34 and SC34/WG6 will be in Tokyo, Japan, September 
6th-11th. 

We need to approve and submit an ODF TC delegation 1-month before that 
date.  We don't need to decide now.  However, I wanted to get this date in 
front of you early, since I see that it comes the week immediately after 
the OpenOffice.org conference in Budapest.  So anyone who wishes to attend 
both will need to be clever with their planning.
