The editable forms of all ODF 1.2 documents except for Part 2 contain the metadata title "OASIS Open Office Specification."  This title is also presented in the Microsoft Windows title bar for the PDFs derived from those documents.

This incorrect title persists in OpenDocument-v1.2-draft4.odt, OpenDocument-v1.2-part1-cd04-rev09.odt, and OpenDocument-v1.2-part3-cd01-rev08.odt.
