CD 05 /Public Review Ballot Reminder

Hopefully no one got confused in the flood of emails last week.  But note 
that we do have an ongoing ballot to approve CD 05 and send it out for 
public review.

The ballot closes at the end of Friday, Pacific Daylight Time and can be
