In ODF 1.2 Part 1 section 2.1.1 OpenDocument Document, subsection D) says

"D) The files contained in a package listed in A2) or the single file listed in A3) meet the following requirements:"

There are no sectins A2) and A3)

Also, the form of reference where the ")" is part of the clause label but there is no "(" is peculiar.
