RE: (OFFICE-2686) ODF 1.2 Part 1 3.16, JIRA Access and new Targets

Thanks for adjusting the Applies-to for new JIRA issues against the last drafts of ODF 1.2 before the CD05 approval.  Will we have to use single targets for all of ODF 1.2 now, regardless of Part, relying on component for differentiation?

I know that it is apparently possible to assign privileges to members on JIRA now.  I presume this is via an administrator interface.  I know that two different TC chairs were able to do that.

I don't know if that allows addition of a member who is not already recognized by JIRA.  We should try that.  I know it means that you'll have to know David's User ID on OASIS.
