Is there a difference between:
- a footnote positioned at the end of the document and 
- an endnote ?

19.839 text:note-class ... "endnote": note appears at the end of a chapter or document.  

19.806 text:footnotes-position....  "document": end of the document. 



I assume endnotes start a new page, while footnotes (positioned at the end of the document) start immediately after the text on the last page ?
