JIRA issues

Greetings!

You have probably noticed I am logging issues that I have found with the 
current draft.

Starting tomorrow I am not going to set the affects/fixes attributes 
until the end of the day. So I can do them in bulk.
(lengthy and time wasting comments about JIRA not recorded)

I may do that for priority as well.

Just so you know why they may look incomplete for part of the day.

PS: It may look like a lot of issues but these are really the 
cleaning/tightening sort of things that always come up. Overall I am 
fairly well pleased with the state of the draft.
