The document revision named OpenDocument-v1.2-cd05.zip has been submitted

Document Description:
The following changes were made to the title page:

1. The links to other parts in the "related work" section now
refer to the cd05 documents rather than to the generic locations.

2. http namepsace URI are now hyperlinks

3. Links to schema and ontology files were added.
