Hi Patrick,
I just assumed it would work like changes within a table or a graphic - typically the whole thing gets marked as changed rather than the specific change. The TC has several options when going for a follow-up review. You can provide a very detailed change log noting each change instead of - or in addition to - a redlined coy.
