Now reads: (under bounding box, second sentence) "The reference frame enables the coordinates to be translated into absolute coordinates."

OK, but that presumes some relative coordinates or this is meaningless. 

The coordinates given by the draw:points attribute (19.208) are not said to be relative or absolute.
