The second paragraph reads:

"When a cell covers another cell because of a column or row span value greater than one, a <table:covered-table-cell> element shall appear in the table to represent the covered cell."

Should appear in 9.1.5 <table:covered-table-cell>. 

Move "When a cell covers another cell because of a column or row span value greater than one, a <table:covered-table-cell> element shall appear in the table to represent the covered cell." to 9.1.5.
