This comment really relates to the but I am not sure what the right place to comment is/
I do not understand the point of using "form:control-implementation values of a well-known ODF implementation". Since you are really trying to test whether an implementation can handle missing or unknown values for form:control-implementation ("some Consumers that do support form controls, do not gracefully fall back when the form:control-implementation attribute is missing or its value is not recognised by the Consumers").
So shouldn't one really use one textarea that has a value for form:control-implementation that is likely to be unknown to every implementation and one where that attribute is missing?
