Where Oliver argues that implementations should not have to define default styles.
I am leaving this issue "unapplied" so we can sort out what to do for default styles.
Personally I like the stance of forcing documentation of default styles but can see Oliver's point as well.
Upgrading this issue to blocker to serve for the entire issue of default styles.
