"The <draw:ellipse> element is usable with the following elements: <draw:a> 10.4.12, <draw:g> 10.3.15, <draw:page> 10.2.4, "... I think this is trying to say these elements may be parent elements of draw:ellipse, but the term 'usable' is not specific enough. This confusing terminology seems to be used throughout the spec.
