Since the depreciation coefficient seems to change by edict of the French legislature, I thin ka proper implementation of this function would have an argument that take a range with the current lifetime, coefficient pairs. Since there is no implementation currently doing that and since the function as is is really pretty useless, I would suggest we drop it from ODF 1.2.
