In  13.5.24 change the sentence
"The <form:value-range> element defines a control which allows the user to select a value from a continuous number range."
to
"The <form:value-range> element defines a control which allows the user to select a value from a number range."
ie. strike the word continuous.

Moreover change the type of the form:page-step-size and form:step-size attributes to decimal with the added condition that "the value of the ... attribute shall be positive."
