I for one like the change from a subject line marker to a component. But
we also need to change the dashboard used for the OpenFormula calls:
http://tools.oasis-open.org/issues/secure/Dashboard.jspa?selectPageId=10056
and the regular TC calls:
http://tools.oasis-open.org/issues/secure/Dashboard.jspa?selectPageId=10070
since they don't show the needs-discussion items anymore.
Strangely enough the regular TC calls dashboard is still showing
OFFICE-3445 as NEEDS-DISCUSSION.
