Combining with yours:

When a child <office:document> or <math:math> element is present, that markup provides the component and the xlink:href attribute need not be provided.
When the xlink:href attribute is provided, the component can be obtained or refreshed in accordance with the combined xlink:show="none" and xlink:actuate="onRequest" implementation-defined [XLink] behaviors..
