Important meeting time change --- RE: [office] OpenDocument TCCoordination Call Agenda November 8th

I just noticed an inconsistency in the agenda's meeting time statement.

I sent this out last week:

The local times are all correct, but these correspond to 1430 GMT, not 
1330 GMT.

So we meet in 1h 30m from when this note was sent.
