The tables are not necessarily definitive. They aso vary by standard. So we need to make sure we are using the tables that go with our stated normative [Unicode].
I think it is always better, when a web page is related to a standard, to not deep link but to find the cover layer and perhaps some way of narrowing to a specific part, much like reference a page or section of a normative reference.
