This issue is related to OFFICE-1823.  Subsequent review of Errata 02 - ODF 1.2 reconciliation has brought up OFFICE-3551 with regard to potential inconsistencies as a result of so much duplication of information between dr3d:angle and <dr3d:rotate>.
