Issue resolutions

Greetings!

I have marked 77 issues as applied and have another 13 which are no
action.

I started to transition the 13 no action items but am not sure I am
doing it correctly so will have another go in the morning.

Still, that means we have approximately 10 issues, most of which I think
we are close to resolving, left.
