ODF-Next Issues - Indicating in JIRA

Greetings!

Just so we are all looking at the same sets of issues while gathering
those of concern to us, a quick reminder that in JIRA, you need to look
for ODF-Next under both Fix For and Affects Versions

Fix For - 250 issues

Affects Versions - 36 issues

Some are in both, http://tools.oasis-open.org/issues/browse/OFFICE-3316

for example.

My suggestion is that I simply do a bulk edit on the issues that do not
have Fix For "ODF-Next" and insert it.

However, we need to have general agreement on how issues for ODF-Next
are going to be indicated or we will be right back in this situation
again. 

Not a major thing but with a more aggressive schedule we need to pay
attention to both tracking and transparency of process.

Perhaps something for next week's agenda?
