Hmmm.... this proposal was pre-JIRA, so the "affects" version was not attached originally. I suppose the most accurate thing would be to mark it against whatever CD we had approved at the time the proposal was made, which was 11/2008. I think that would be CD 01 of Part 1, since that was back before we had combined the parts into a single CD.
