15.4.19 of ISO/IEC 26300 mistakenly references subsection 8.8.4 of XSL.

Add an editing instruction to 15.4.19 of ISO/IEC 26300:Replace a reference to 8.8.4 of XSL by a reference to 7.8.4 of XSL.
