Dennis, on 8.5.3, I get line 40, three times in a row now. Document I am viewing: "Created 7/21/2006 5:46:59 PM. Name - OpenDocument-v1.0ed2-cs1.pdf"

Is that the document you are viewing that is also ISO 26300? 

On 9.5.2, "Extrusion First Light Harsh," why not insert the correct line number? - Which is 33.

On 9..5.2 "Extrusion Second Light Harsh," is a reference to the heading, not the schema fragment, which is line 43. Why not insert the page/line values?

In other words, I am missing the reasoning for 328-329.
