You might not know this, but we have an OASIS mailing list for ODF users:

The opendocument-users list is not for conducting TC business.  And it is 
not a substitute for the office-comment list for submitting formal 
comments/proposals.  But the list is a good place for users/implementors 
of the standard to ask questions, share tips, announce new 
implementations, etc. 

We haven't made great use of this list in the past, and honestly I forget 
we even had it.  But I'm going to try to publicize its existence going 
forward.  I'd highly encourage TC members to subscribe.
