ODF TC: New Ballot

The ballot seemed to kick off, but I didn't seem to receive an email 
notification for it.

I want to make sure all Voting Members are aware of it.

The ballot closes Tuesday, Sept 13th at 23:45 New York time.

As they say in Chicago, "vote early and often".
