      Thanks - that makes sense and your wording on the ballot is good.
      I was anxious that adoption of a method at this stage would be
      premature, but if that is not the case then my concerns are met.
      Peer review is an important part of the process, and focus makes
      sense at this stage.

        vote on, this is a preliminary step, but not the formal adoption
        of any
