It doesn't look like I have permissions
to create a new folder either.
I assume you want "1.3 Drafts"
to parallel the existing "1.2 Drafts"?
Maybe this is something Chet can do.

Greetings!
First draft on part 1 of ODF 1.3. I think I have caught all the outstanding
but fixed issues, but will be proofing over the weekend.
BTW, we need an ODF 1.3 folder but I can't create it.
