- Discussion on "single file"
ODF representation, scope of work, technical, schema, define how encryption,
digsig and RDF map into single file, MIME content type, as well as how
this impacts conformance clause.

- Rob todo:  start wiki page to
collect items that more fully specified for single file XML encoding of
ODF
