Statement of implementation

Hi all - as you know, OASIS is required to include an Explanatory Report with the ODF 1.2 PAS submission to JTC1. Among other things, the ER is intended to address the question of whether the standard being put through the PAS process is implementable and interoperable. Jim Thatcher has been discussing with Patrick the idea of including a statement of implementation from our side indicating that we managed to implement the ODF 1.2 standard, that we think it's interoperable between vendors and that we think it's a significant improvement over ODF 1.1.
 
We are writing up a statement which OASIS can include in the ER if they wish, and I'll send it to the list later today.
